Jen has spent the last 20+ years turning big ideas into unforgettable experiences.
With a background in marketing, event planning, and digital content production, she’s built a career servicing multiple industries from automotive and marine to sports, culinary, and wine, bringing brands like Lexus and The Ritz Carlton to life.
She’s equal parts creative thinker and logistics ninja—ensuring everything behind the scenes is flawless, so shoots feel smooth, organized, and (most importantly) stress-free.
Mike Wesley | Creative Director + Videographer + Drone Pilot
Mike oversees the entire production process from initial creative planning to on site creative direction and Video capture.
He’s at the creative helm for each and every decision, assuring that Sailfish delivers above the mark. On Sailfish productions, you’ll find him behind the camera or drone, directing talent and working with clients to assure the entire project comes to fruition at a top-tier level.
When not at Sailfish, you can catch Mike fly fishing in the Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains in California.

With undoubtedly the best energy in the game, Jeff brings an incredibly fun and professional vibe to each and every shoot. While continually pushing the limits on the latest 360, drone, and AI photography and video trends, he always captures images that leave the entire team stunned.
For the last 15+ years, he’s created cutting edge content for some of the globes biggest sporting events and commercial work for brands like TOYOTA, QUALCOMM, and HD SUPPLY. Jeff is an avid surfer and mountain biker based in San Diego, California.
